Terms of sale

金龙珠 is a family gold retailer on Jalan Temenggong, Kota Bharu, Kelantan, trading since 1987. These terms cover purchases made through this website; buying at the counter follows the same pricing rules.

Gold has no fixed price. Every price you see is derived live from the shop's published rate, the item's weight and purity, and its stated workmanship. When the rate moves, catalogue prices move with it; your price is confirmed at checkout.

At checkout your total is locked for a short window, shown on screen. Pay within it and that total stands whatever the market does next. If the window lapses, the order is re-quoted at the current rate before you pay — never silently.

The price on a paid order never changes afterwards, in either direction. Your order records the exact derivation — rate, weight, purity, workmanship — and that record is what any later question is settled against.

Courier orders travel fully insured and require the named recipient's signature; responsibility passes to you at that signature. Collection orders are held at the Kota Bharu shop for 7 days and released only against matching ID.

Bars and bullion are priced to a moving market and cannot be returned for change of mind — this is standard across the trade. Unworn jewellery in original condition may be exchanged within 7 days at its current valuation. Wrong or damaged items are corrected at our cost if reported within 48 hours of delivery.

Custom pieces are quoted case by case and confirmed by you before production begins. Once production starts, a personalised order cannot be cancelled or returned except for a defect in the work itself.

These terms are governed by Malaysian law. Talk to the counter first — most matters are resolved in one conversation. Anything formal belongs to the courts of Malaysia.
